Comprehensive ADHD and Autism Assessments
Every assessment is tailored to the individual and follows a structured, evidence-based process. My goal is to provide clear answers, practical recommendations, and a better understanding of strengths and support needs.
What the process involves
1. Initial Consultation:
Discuss your concerns and goals.
Determine whether a comprehensive assessment is appropriate.
Explain the assessment process and answer any questions.
2. Clinical Interview and Developmental History:
Current concerns
Developmental history
Learning and education
Social, emotional and behavioural development
Everyday functioning
3. Standardised Assessment:
Clinical interviews
Questionnaires
Behaviour rating scales
Cognitive or observational measures (where appropriate)
4. Review of Background Information:
School reports
Previous assessments
Medical reports
Other relevant documentation
5. Comprehensive Report
You'll receive a detailed report including:
assessment findings
diagnostic conclusions (where appropriate)
strengths and challenges
practical recommendations for home, school or work
6. Feedback Session
We'll review the report together, answer questions, and discuss recommendations and next steps.
Assessment Planning Consultation
$395 (inc GST)
Not sure whether a comprehensive assessment is the right next step?
An Assessment Planning Consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your concerns, review relevant history, and determine whether a comprehensive ADHD or autism assessment is likely to be helpful.
This consultation is not diagnostic and does not result in a formal diagnosis or comprehensive report. If you proceed with a comprehensive assessment within three months, the consultation fee will be deducted from the assessment cost.

Autism Assessment
$1,800 (inc GST)
Includes:
Comprehensive developmental interview
Autism-specific assessment
Standardised assessment measures

Comprehensive Neurodevelopmental Assessment (ADHD and Autism)
$2,400 (inc GST)
Includes a comprehensive assessment of both ADHD and autism within one integrated assessment process.
Additional Fees
Assessment fees include the assessment process, comprehensive written report, and feedback session.
Additional services requested after the assessment has been completed—such as letters for schools or workplaces, attendance at meetings, consultations with other professionals, report amendments, or further documentation—may incur an additional fee.
Travel outside the Hamilton area may also incur a travel charge. Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed upon before work is undertaken.
